Outlook for iMac

I am using Office 365 for Mac and use Outlook for email. The first image shows an email in my 'sent' folder where the day, date and time are clearly shown. If I then move the same email out of 'sent' into another folder, the second image shows these three items missing. Any ideas why please?

have you asked on the MS forums? You will probably get a few MS Outlook users here but I would suspect the vast majority of users here would use the Apple Mail Client in OS X.
