Compatability of new SSD for late 2008 Macbook ...

Hi

I realise this may have been asked before but the technical language is above me!

I want to replace my hardrive with a SSD and have found two possible contenders:

I don't understand the issues concerning compatibility with different SATA versions and the negotiated speeds etc. (screenshot of my info is below)

So could anyone advise which SSD is better to go for and that I have chosen the right type etc?
