Drivers??

I have a Mac Mini that I use for audio, one of the DACs that I use with the audio system is a Chord Qute EX. I am told by Chord the the most recent Apple OS's do not allow there to be drivers installed. I am wondering if this is true? If it is true why has Apple done this?

I don't know where you heard that but it isn't true. You cannot install unsigned drivers from third-party developers or incompatible drivers if they are detected.
