Repaired Retina MBP eligible to request refund/...

Hello,

My question is that given the history of the problems that my MBP had/has and the number of parts that's been replaced (1x Motherboard, probably 2x Displays and 1x bottom case) on my Macbook Pro, am I eligible to request a refund or a unit swap from them? Below is the story of my defective device:

I bought an upgraded top of the line "early 2015" Macbook Pro which was damaged on arrival (such a bummer). Basically the screen flashed weirdly every few seconds so I contacted Apple and pushed for a unit replacement but they didn't accept it, because it was past the initial 14 days after my purchase. So I took it to an authorised Apple service provider (in Denmark) for troubleshooting/repair and it turned out that its "Motherboard" and "Display" were the defective parts and both of them needed to be replaced. After they changed these parts the screen flashing issue went away.

Now, a few stain spots on my LCD's Anti-reflection coat (https://www.staingate.org/) appeared here n there, also the 4 plastic foots under the machine's bottom case had came off over the months, so I am planning another trip to the Service Provide here to get these 2 new issues fixed this time. My Macbook pro is still covered under AppleCare.

I heard that after a certain number of repairs on a Mac you might be eligible for a refund/swap, hence my question above.

We are all users-only on these forums. Your issue is out of our realm to respond. You need to resolve this with Apple or with the store manager where the repairs were made. Replacements are only available during the first 14 days after purchase. Contact Support
