How Do I Roll Back To a Version Of iTunes That ...

I have Had Nothing but trouble, as a lot of people have, with all of the iTunes Vers. 12's. After installing 12.7, My library has completely vanished again for the second time (first time was 12.5), 'tuningtest' showed me how to restore the previous library I had, however, with these problems continuing to happen with every "upgrade" I would like to rollback to a previous vers. 11, or if anyone can recomend a good one to rollback to, that would be great! So if someone could post a link on how to  roll back to a previous WORKING version of iTunes that would be greatly appreciated.

- Also If I do successfully rollback to a previous version, will I have to manually reinstall my entire music library on to that version of itunes again? or can I do that thing where you relabel a previous library version, while labeling the current library file corrupt?

I'm definitely a newbie at this, and would greatly appreciate the help.
