How can i reset my ipad without using i tunes

Use a computer or another iOS device, open Find my iPhone (accessible at https://icloud.com if you're on a computer), and remotely erase it. This requires that the iPad be connected to the Internet.

If you cannot do that, the only option is to use iTunes.
