How to remove database cookies on my MacBook Pro

I prefer to routinely delete cookies.  Lately, some are stickier than others, requiring multiple attempts to delete, and some - labeled "databases" won't delete at all.

Is there a user friendly way to delete these database cookies?

Click Safari, preferences, select privacy, click manage website data, select files/cookies you want to delete. If this does not work and the Database files do not delete, this is the solution I obtained through a screen sharing session with Apple Support: Click on the main computer screen, the Finder top bar should come up, click Go, hold down the option button and click on Library, select and open the Safari folder, select and open the Databases folder, (DO NOT delete the _IndexedDB folder) select the database files you want to remove and move to the trash, (this should remove the database files from Safari) return to Safari preferences, select privacy, click manage website data, confirm files were removed. Empty trash (optional).
