Changes made on Apple Music iOS not showing on ...

Hello, I'm currently subscribed to Apple Music on my iPhone 7 (iOS 11) and on my MacBook Pro (macOS Sierra 10.12.6). I mainly use Apple Music on my phone so all the downloads and playlists are made through my phone. My iTunes library is synced to the iCloud Music Library and everything's been going great until recently.

The new playlists and songs I made through my phone won't show up on my Mac. I've tried going to File > Library > Update iCloud Music Library but that doesn't seem to work (Apple Music on phone isn't updated nor is the one on the Mac). It's a lot of songs so I don't want to manually download them all over again. :^(

UPDATE: I've updated my iOS device to 11.0.1 and it has solved this issue along with difficulties in downloading songs on my phone.
