I have been given a refund it is passed 10 busi...

Anyone have any ideas what I should do?

If the refund was to your iTunes account's balance have you tried logging out and back into the account and seeing if your balance updates ? If it doesn't, or if the refund was to a credit card and the credit hasn't appeared on it yet, you could try contacting iTunes Support again, including your case number.
