How do I change the metronome tempo?

The manual has an easy search function, all I entered was       Metronome Tempo

In Mainstage 3, make sure your Inspectors are not hidden (View Menu), then you can use File -> Concert Settings.  If your Inspectors are hidden, and you try this, nothing happens.  This is not documented anywhere I've found.  This is also a kludgey UI situation, very un-Apple, so something should be done in both the interface and the documentation.  As of this writing, the Tempo Overview topic which covers changing the tempo in MainStage Help does not tell you about the hidden inspectors problem.
