CPU maxed out from sh & sed??

I am running the latest version of 10.10.5.

When I leave my MBP running for longer than a day between shutdown (about 30 hours after the boot), I have noticed that some process (unknown) kicks off sh and sed.  Those processes max out the CPU and then the fan starts up.

One afternoon, I was out and found the processes had run for about 4 hours without ending.  I suspect they hang??

Using the terminal, I can manually kill the processes.  They don't restart.  I can also shutdown and restart and the processes end and won't start for about 30 hours.

How do I identify what is kicking off these processes and fix?

Try running this program in your normal account, then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by etresoft, a frequent contributor.  Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. On the screen with Options, please open Options and check the bottom 2 boxes before running. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy Report” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.

Thank you, Eric.

I'll run the program.

I just rebooted so it will be a day or so before I can post the info.

Thanks in advance for your patience.
