Hi darthdubs,

The image provided does not give us a full understanding of your current configuration. See the following article for guidance with partitioning.

Disk Utility for macOS Sierra: Partition a physical disk using Disk Utility

https://support.apple.com/kb/PH22240

If you are unable to resolve the issue using Disk Utility, try the following steps to resolve your issue. Please note these actions will permanently delete all data stored on the drives that make up your Fusion Drive.

Back up your Mac

https://support.apple.com/mac-backup

Boot to macOS Recovery

https://support.apple.com/HT201314

Open Terminal

When you see the macOS Utilities window, choose Utilities > Terminal from the menu bar. Type the following commands, pressing return after each line.

diskutil list internal

Terminal displays a table of data about your drives. In the IDENTIFIER column, find the identifier for each of the two internal, physical drives that make up your Fusion Drive. Usually the identifiers are disk0 and disk1. One of them should be 128GB or less in size. The other at least 1TB in size.

diskutil unmountDisk disk0

diskutil unmountDisk disk1

diskutil eraseDisk JHFS+ SSD disk0

diskutil eraseDisk JHFS+ HDD disk1

diskutil cs create "Fusion Drive" disk0 disk1

diskutil cs createVolume "Fusion Drive" JHFS+ "Macintosh HD" 100%

Reinstall macOS

Quit Terminal to return to the macOS Utilities window. Choose Reinstall macOS, then click Continue to begin reinstalling the Mac operating system. Your Mac automatically restarts from your Fusion Drive when done.

All the best.
