New mac

I've got a new Mac after my original machine was stolen. I had 2 drives on my old Mac (I replaced the optical drive with an SSD). When I try to use Migration Assistant to load my old data, it comes up with a choice of both drives, that have been backed up simultaneously. How can I get the data from both drives loaded into my new machine!?

Use MA for one drive, then you'll have to transfer the data from the other one manually.

Thanks for the tip. One is the boot drive, but the other is the (larger) data drive. I'm assuming that it'd be better to use MA for the boot drive?
