Trouble sending with Telstra mail with ios11.01...

Greetings,

I’ve been reading up on the mail issues with iOS 11 and hoped the upgrade would fix my problem. I cannot send mail from my Telstra account on my iPad since upgrading to 11. Oddly my iPhone works fine. My other email account is exchange and that’s been fine since original update on both devices.

I deleted the telstra account on iPad and added it again Still get a message saying mail rejected by server when I try to send. Receives messages ok.

Any ideas? The settings mirror my iphone which still works!

Hi. Drill down in the Settings for your email account until you reach the SMTP server. Make sure the username and password are entered there, even if it says "optional".
