View is not responding for userInteraction

Hi,

V IOS 10,

Tap a Textfield From App, Keyboard shows up, Tap Dictation button on keyboard.

Enable Dictation popup shows up with options, select 'learn more' option & Tap Done,

Now select, 'Not Now' option, it will Disable UserInteraction for App(App will not respond)

Note:- For Contacts App its works because of Keyboard appears every time.
