My CD jewel case inserts will not print at the ...

I am trying to print CD jewel case inserts from ITunes. The file, print and dialogue box to select the CD case insert work OK but it is not printing at the right size (basically half size). Used to work correctly but no longer does so.

Have done a diagnostics test and contacted Apple Support but they only sent details of how to print the insert without fixing the print size problem.

Am using Dell Inspiron laptop and Dell 725w printer.

Any ideas about how to revert to the correct CD case print size please?
