How do I import ringtones into iTunes from my i...

When I open iTunes (12.7) upper left-hand corner there’s a drop-down menu which displays the various types of media in your iTunes library.  Mine no longer has Tones listed and I  Believe that may be the reason why I am unable to import my ringtones from my iTunes library. I’ve been searching iTunes help to no avail as well as trying to drag & drop them, import from iCloud etc. 

Any assistance is appreciated ... I think it’s become less about the Tones and more about ‘what if it’s Music next time’??
