How to File Sharing with Apps and Iphone 6 Plus...

I just purchased an Iphone 6 plus, after having and Andriod phone for last year and half. Since my last Iphone, ITunes has updated and no longer looks the same to me. I have downloaded an App to make custom ring tones from the songs on my Iphone 6 Plus that I have transferred from my ITunes account. However, when I try to look for the "File Sharing" option for that App, I cant find it. I've googled this problem and only information that I am able to find is instruction for an IPod, which looks nothing like what my ITunes is when my Iphone is synced. When I look at my apps that are on my phone in ITunes, they are listed like Icons just as I am looking at them on my phone. They dont give me the option to "File Share". Please Help!!!

Connect your iPhone to your computer and select it in your computer's iTunes, select its Apps tab on the left-hand side of the screen and scroll down the right-hand side of the screen, and below the list of apps and and screen mockups for syncing/updating/removing apps from the phone there should be a File Sharing section :

Apps will only show on that section if they support file sharing.

Latest update has REMOVED the file sharing of Apps capability. Can no longer view Apps on PC and re-arrange. Only way to arrange Apps is on the device itself (iPhone or iPad) - big mistake to remove this. Some people do not have the fine motot control needed to move Apps around on the device so need to use a PC with mouse and large screen. PLEASE bring back the capability Apple
