icloud email

Hi,

I bought my iphone 7 from one of the retailers in Vietnam. They set up my phone with an icloud account which i dont know the email address or password.

I had to reset my Iphone recently and now i need the icloud ID to log in. I went back to the retailer and asked for the ID, they said they dont have the ID. I also went to apple store in Vietnam, they said i will have to try and remember the ID which i dont know from the beginning.

Without the icloud ID, my phone is just a brick? is there any way i can fix this?
