set up new i pad pro and working ok till switch...

bought I pad pro Saturday set up ok. turned on last night and keeps going into disable and asking for passcode which I do not have what is the solution.

Your saying you never entered the password when setting it up when it asked you to? If this is the case contact Apple support iPad - Official Apple Support
