Apple Watch advice,

I bought silver 38mm Apple Watch in the USA (yesterday) now back in the uk from 2 weeks on the Holiday in the US. 

If I bought Apple care from Apple/Istore in the U.K will it cover my watch or do I need U.S Apple care?
