undo never save password on MacBook Pro

I accidentally clicked on "never save password for this site" when changing and logging into iTunes.  How do I undo this so that I can have my login id/password saved in the keychain?  thank you.

Try going to Safari menu > Preferences > Passwords > select iTunes > click on Remove and see if iTunes will prompt you again.

This did not solve the issue.  I think the issue is with the keychain no longer asking if I want the login and password saved for this site (Apple ID).  I looked at the keychain but could not determine how/if I could resolve it there.
