Hdcp error appears suddenly

Our home configuration (fully authorised) - Mac mini/Yosemite with LG TV HD display (HDCP compatible) that has worked for some years abruptly ceased to do so tonight, between one GoT episode resident on the local disk and the next, now giving 'not compatible HDCP' messages on all iTunes video, even those watched already years ago. No recent upgrades, nothing seems changed tonight, reboots do not help. Episodes that played 10 minutes ago now do not. Suggestions welcome!

Ok - solved!  I had left Apple Remote Desktop active on another house machine, pointed at the playing machine, which is basically a TV.  As soon as this is shut down all is well. Of course the ARD master (local) machine is also HDCP compatible and also authorised for these videos so the error message is rather inaccurate (as is often the case)
