Apple Watch OS malfunctions

Since updating I have had issues with my Apple Watch no showing the app icon on notifications. It just shows the stock app layout icon. Also my alarms don’t work any more. I can turn on my alarms and put my watch on its charger and it doesn’t show that the alarm is set in night stand mode and the alarms never go off even though they are set. What do I do?
