How to "show desktop" for real

hello and thanks for reading thisI know that fn f11 will show the desktop.

My problem is that when I do it that way, there will be a black border around the screen that is really really really annoying. I mean, what is the purpose of that? (don't answer this).

Is there any way I can disable this weird dark border? I have OCD (this is why I just bought this mac) and this is making me crazy. I NEED a way to show the desktop in full, just show the desktop and nothing else.
