Changing family sharing credit card.

I can add/edit other payment information and cards but for some reason don't have the option of changing the credit card currently for family sharing.

That can be done only by the Family Organizer. Wow, I have a hard time not saying "Family Annihilator" from a show on the old Law and Order TV series.

Thank you. I am the "organizer" but it isn't an option to edit the credit card for family sharing.
