ios 11 music

Since updating to iOS 11, my Music app is showing (and playing) songs that I do not have loaded onto the phone. Looking through the Music app the songs have a little download cloud icon. It seems to still be playing the songs even though they are not on the phone. I do not want this. I only want to play songs that are on my phone.

Where is the setting to change that? I've looked everything in the app and in Settings. I should add that I am not signed up for Apple Music, so it is not turned on.
