Overheating problem!

My MacBook Air have overheating problem. I did the Diagnostic test and the result was this error code: 4sns/1/40000000: tmop-68.125

Do you know what means? Because I did't find anything on internet.

reset the smc, repeat this step 3 times

Thank you very much for the reply. I did the reset of the SMC and now my macbook air hasn't overheating problem as in recent days. after the reset I did again the Diagnostic Test and now the result was this error (4sns/1/40000000: TmOP-65.625) that is different than the first error.

Maybe do you know what means this other error code?

Okay how do I do that? I am having the issue to and am not that tech savvy.
