Series 2 OS4 Freezing on Run with Music

I just went on my first run after updating my series 2 to OS4. I leave my phone at home and use the Apple Music app and playlists I have synced to my watch for music. Doing a GPS tracked run and streaming music from the watch to my Bluetooth headphones almost completely freezes the watch. It takes 10-15 seconds for the watch to respond to touch commands and sometimes the music app will force close itself and I have to open it again. Anyone else having this issue and know how to fix it?
