Apple Music Popup when trying to playing a song

Just updated to IOS 11 and when I go to play a song it pops up with "Play this and any other song you want" overlay after I tap the song. This song I am trying to play has already been bought and downloaded to my phone and used to play perfectly fine. Also if I ask Siri to play a song they play perfectly fine.

I have already deleted the song and replaced it as well as signing out of the Itunes store and signing back in and nothing has fixed this.
