Macbook Pro 2012 15" slow installation

Hi Apple forums,

I'm trying to reinstall a friend of mine her Macbook Pro 2012. It's the same MBP that i have except her's is 15".

The problem is: Her MBP takes a day to reinstall Mac OS Sierra. That's not possible right? After installation the installation freezes and it needs to be reinstalled again. We've used disk first aid & clearing the HDD (default Toshiba HDD). We've did this all in cmd + r.

What can this be? My MBP is still pretty fast. I got to say that my MBP has a Samsung Evo SSD.

So, i think it can be her HDD that is corrupted or something? The Macbook Pro is so slow, i've never seen a MacBook so slow before.

Please help me out.
