Godaddy email outgoing fails on MacBook, not iP...

Receiving email on Mail for Mac and on iPhone is no problem. But on MacBook using Sierra, the outgoing server will not function for my Godaddy email account, even though it did previously.

Recent changes involve adding an iCloud account to email, and switching to an AT&T hotspot for wireless.

When I try to edit the outgoing server, I get error messages, or a screen that blips. I cannot save the outgoing server settings. It always returns to the screen below:
