why does it say all up to date on iOS 10.3.3

My iPad keeps saying

All up to date!

  • iPad mini 4
  • iPad mini 3

iPod touch

  • iPod touch (6th generation)
If your iPad model is not on that list then the highest iOS version will be your current version, 10.3.3. If it is, use this article for reference and use iTunes to try updating: Update the iOS on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
