What about those of us who create custom ringto...

Seriously, I can't seem to find a way to add Ringtones that weren't bought from iTunes to my iPhone now, at least not through iTunes.

You can still use iTunes. See the "Move ringtones from iTunes ..." section of Use tones on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Have you tried going to Settings / Sounds / Ringtones on your device? They should be there.

I'm talking about adding them. Not finding them.
