Since we have disabled this cipher due to its vulnerabilities, iTunes is unable to connect to iTunes firmware update server or check for updates for iTunes.
This is a user to user support forum. Nobody here can speak for Apple. Use Feedback - iTunes - Apple or make a free registration for the Apple Developer Program then make use of Apple Bug Reporter to report the issue.
