After update to IOS 11.0.2 my tv app is gone an...

Newest normal iPad, 128 GB memory, about 4 gig still free. I updated to IOS 11.0.2 on Monday and after the update the TV app was gone,  o way of looking at my iTunes content. I’ve tried redownloading it from the store and reinstalling the app in settings, but it keeps saying that it’s waiting. Also tried restarting a couple of times. Please help?
