My wife activity syncs with mine and vice verse

For some reason, all over sudden my wife's activity shows up in my app and vice verse. Any ideas?

Sharing an iCloud account has always been a bad, bad idea. They are not meant to be shared. It can lead to all kinds of issues and cross-contamination of data. You each need your own iCloud account.
