What to do to have FaceTime working?...

My FaceTime worked till iOS6 only.

Is FaceTime still working?

 

Now I cannot call in any configuration:

 

MacBook 10.7.5

MacBookPro 10.10.1

iPhone 4 iOS6

iPhone 5 iOS6

IPhone 4S iOS8

 

I cannot call even if from FaceTime.app Mac Book Pro 10.10.1 <-> iPhone 4S iOS8

I can see always: connecting and failed...

There is no official Apple FaceTime for PC or Windows.
