iOS 11 Video problem (iPad Air)

i‘ve updated iOS to 11 and got a huge problem with a video player.

I can’t watch any video, because it repeats 3-5 sec fragment three times very very often.

You know it’s a crazy experience for a brain!

(i can’t add an example of this process here. Video attachment button is inactive)

Hi. Can you identify the video player? If it's a 3rd-party app, you might check with the provider.
