Partially download bar still showing?

Hi all.  I have been using MacBooks for a while.. can't get rid of this bugger though. See photo.  Partially downloaded bar does not go away.  I have tried moving folders, removing some from dock. etc.... still ugly line.  Any help?  Thanks.
