Renaming Files When Saving on iOS

When using the iOS system wide “Save to Files” option, is there a way to rename the file before saving it to iCloud Drive? I am aware that I can save it to Files than rename it or use an Application such as Workflow to create an automation that prompts me to name the file before saving it.
