I cant update my apps even its a free apps, it keeps asking me to changer the payment infomation. Ive changed it with several cards, and it still declined my purchases. I need to update a few important apps!

I have removed all payment information and still can't get any apps. I even totally reset my phone and it didn't work.

What now happens when you try to download an app ?
