How can I get rid of my 100% legit popup apple ...

It's random whenever i click or something, a tab pops open or sometimes two. Of course only when im doing work. Please help, thank you and i love you

Apple help popup? There is no such thing - it's probably adware and/or a scam. You can run Malwarebytes to get rid of it.
