How can I recover deleted video files from a ba...

I had a couple of iPad video files which I imported into Photos on my iMac back in April.  I appear to have deleted them inadvertently, only this doesn't appear to have happened within the last 30 days as they are not in my Recently Deleted file.

I do have a Time Machine backup, which I'm hoping does hold a copy of these files but I don't know how to restore them from there.  From what I've read, it appears that you have to restore the whole Photos library - I don't want to do that as I have over 13k images and videos.  My backup is not encrypted so technically I could go through all the files in the backup and try to locate the files, but when I do a *.mov search on the backup disk, it doesn't find any video files - incidentally, doing a *.mov search on my main Mac HDD doesn't return any video files either.

Any help would be much appreciated.
