You need to remove MacPaw Clean my Mac. It is of no value at all. You should also consider removing Google Chrome. It is using an inordinate amount of energy, probably through excessive use of extensions.
You can always add Chrome back once things are working properly, plus, say one extension at a time until you find the energy guzzlers.
