My MacBook info was first, but then it was hidden

And the settings for all programs are gone, and sometimes the folders are displayed, such as the application folder

Sometimes it does not have volume, sometimes it's volume but the folder is empty

And even the password and bookmarks disappeared and the dock menu and fonts changed

Why has this happened and how can I recover this information ???

I'm designer and this information is important to me.
