Application stuck after key long stroke

I am using MacBook Pro 2016 with macOS Sierra (10.12.6).

And in each keyboard layout I have (for example English ABC-Extended) there is a problem.

When I struck and hold some key several seconds (by mistake, expecting repeating output or options for dialects, anything) the application (TextEdit, Safari etc.) the is kind of stuck (in meaning when I press some other letter key nothing happens) key combinations (CMD+T etc.) are good.
