iPhone not displaying sender info on email

We have an employee with an ATT iPhone 5s, iOS is up to date (10.3.3).  When he opens emails, instead of seeing the normal To:/From: header, he just gets "Unknown", even though the emails are from other people in the company or people in his contacts list.

Any ideas how to fix this?
