I have a Power Mac purchased in [2006], the problem is the connection to display has a broken corner so I only get a gray screen. I unplug that connection and the display goes black so I know that connection is bad.  The cable is part of a four wire bundle.The connection is for the Cinema Display 65W Power Adaptor.  Where can I possibly purchase a new cord

You don't have a PowerMac--you have a Mac Pro. Although they share similar cases, they are very different computers internally with different troubleshooting steps. I'll ask the Hosts to move your question to the Mac Pro forum.
