I very tired to make a claim on charge the subs...

on august 3,10,17 and September 13 I received a charge 33.44 each charge, for a total of 133.76 on my credit card for the charge for a subcription that I not recognize for xlock encrypted cloud for text messages. you can see that I did not use this app.  so its indicate that I did not purchase. this is the first time I have this horrible situation with apple so I want to received a refund of my credit card or I going con consider to continue  a apple customer.

I replied the email went I notified the charge  to cancel the subscription and Apple ignore the message the is not a good move from your policy,   for charge it easy but to cancel you make this very difficult that is consider a abuse to have income for fake subscription.
